I'm Tania Gorry

G'day there! Welcome to Whole Warrior Network and Whole Warrior Solutions. My mission is to help you unlock your full potential and make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. I'm Tania Gorry, the founder and CEO, and I bring a unique blend of expertise as a social media influencer, business coach and private practice owner.

As a social media influencer, I've cultivated a strong online presence by being authentic and relatable. I believe in building genuine connections with my audience and delivering valuable content that resonates with them. Through my own journey of building a successful private practice, I've gained valuable insights and strategies that I'm excited to share with my clients to help them grow their own brands. Yes the 'brand' is you!

But that's not all! As a business coach, I'm passionate about helping entrepreneurs like you thrive. I understand the challenges and obstacles you face, and I'm here to provide personalised guidance and support. My coaching programs are designed to equip you with practical strategies and actionable steps to succeed in today's competitive market.

My Story

Growing up, I was raised by a mother who is profoundly deaf and a father who lived with significant mental health issues. Despite the challenges we faced as a family, my mother, as an Assistant Director of Nursing, role modelled a strong work ethic that inspired me. I knew from a young age that I wanted to help people and make a difference in their lives.

After completing college and achieving 2.5 diplomas, I embarked on a career in multinational advertising and marketing. I quickly worked my way up to an executive level, but I felt a deep desire for more satisfaction and to align my career with my core values around social justice.

Through years of self-development and spiritual practice, I discovered my true purpose in human services - empowering survivors towards healing. This realisation led me to make a significant career change after 13 years in marketing. I retrained and earned a BA in Social Science, combining my marketing experience with my passion for trauma-informed practice.

With my unique skillset, I established my private practice, providing counselling, coaching, and consulting services in 2018. However, I wanted to do more and make a broader impact. That's when I founded Whole Warrior Network, a community development project aimed at helping people with disabilities find ethical supports.

Through my marketing and community engagement efforts, Whole Warrior Network grew from an online community to a national network with over 38,431 followers and members. It has been a truly mind-blowing journey, and I am grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences with small business owners.
