Whole Warrior Network is a brand owned by Whole Warrior Solutions. By accessing or using either Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). 12. Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 business hours in advance or full fee will be payable or the session forfeited if paid in advance. Digital products are non-refundable. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact our support team within 7 days. Other terms and conditions are as specified upon quote or at the time of booking. Whole Warrior Solutions strives to ensure customer satisfaction. 13. Feedback and Complaints

Whole Warrior Solutions strives to ensure customer satisfaction. For detailed information please refer to our Feedback and Complaints Policy. Disputes may be referred for mediation at your expense, or we reserve the right to take legal action to recover monies not paid for services and products rendered in good faith via verbal or written contract. 

 

14. Anti-Abuse Clause

You agree not to abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate other users of the Website, owners, staff or contractors. Any behaviour deemed abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory or intimidating may result in immediate termination of your account with or without notice, and suspension from all services and products. We reserve the right to take any necessary legal action against users who engage in such behaviour.
